These terms apply to your use of studioleihgeber.com and to any purchase you make from Studio Leihgeber. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Handmade work

Every piece is made by hand in our Austin studio. Slight variations in glaze, color, texture, and size are part of the process and make each piece one of a kind. Product photos show a representative piece, so yours may differ slightly.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Custom and trade work

Custom commissions, styling services, and trade orders are covered by a separate written agreement or invoice, and those terms apply in place of these where they differ.

Care and use

Care and use details are listed on each product page. Decorative pieces, including our vessels, are not food safe. Lighting should be installed by a licensed electrician.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, damage claims, and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Our content

All photos, designs, and writing on this site belong to Studio Leihgeber or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Studio Leihgeber is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
