Shipping Policy

Every piece is made by hand in our Austin studio after you place your order. The lead time for each piece is listed on its product page, and we will email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For orders outside the US, email megan@studioleihgeber.com and we will put together a quote.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Packing and tracking

Ceramics are fragile, so every order is packed by hand with plenty of protection. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, email photos of the piece and the box to megan@studioleihgeber.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on a repair, a remake, or a refund.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. If something about your order is not right, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
